Where does this front fuse block wire go?

Please tell me where this make spade connector goes? The other end goes to the fuse block on the right.

 

Correction: the other end goes to chassis ground behind the fuse block. The car runs fine. *Make ==> Male

 

I didn’t get any replies today. I found a wire with a mating connector coming from the transmission and so, with great difficulty (magna cum difficultates) I connected the two. I have’t checked yet to see if this caused problems. I am working on a parasitic current draw from the 12v battery.
