What Toyota generally does is one wiring diagram for the model and year. Where there are differences in the wiring between specific trims, the diagram shows all the versions, with numbered (*) marks next to the wires, and matching numbered notes on the page. Pay for access to Toyota TIS(Technical Information Service) at techinfo.toyota.com $25 - two days $95 - one month $505 - one year If you've never read Toyota wiring diagrams before, I'd suggest paying for a month. But if you're already comfortable with them, two days should be enough. You can always print to pdf anything you need, though you'll lose all the hyperlinks. Also, all the trims are the same wiring diagram. In fact, even the HEV and PHEV are usually the same diagram unless there are major differences(in those cases, the diagrams have a (HEV) or (PHEV) after them).
The link given in #2 contains what Hammersmith said and also a good deal that Hammersmith didn't say, about alternate ways of accessing the material and how to make the most effective use of it.
Thank you very much for the info. The main thing I was interested in was the differences between each trim level. For adding things the car did not come with stock.
