I wouldn't trust a $20 app to give me diagnostics on a $30,000 vehicle that requires special equipment to properly read the module information.
It worked on helping me diagnose the charger issue fixed under warranty for my Gen 5. The problem is that it wasn't very specific but also the Gen 5 isn't officially supported so you had to pretend it's a Gen 4. I suspect in OP's case, it might be reading errors because these weren't options on the Gen 4 or something like that?
I see they updated their website that the Prius 2023+ is now supported but the Prius Prime is still 2017+ which would be Gen 4. It could be a mistake on their end or they don't support the Prius Prime yet. As far as I know, you could use the Carista OBD and use another software to check if you get the same errors. It seems like something is funky but I can't tell if its Carista or your car. The car will typically display some of the error messages.
If all those errors about not reading the ECU, airbags, and everything else are popping up, I think the app just isn't compatible in some way. Be it the OBD reader to the app, or the app to the car's data output. It's basically giving you error messages about the hybrid system not being on, not working, etc.
I'm not sure how Carista is but I don't think it'll do much. If you do, tell them the 2023+ Prius doesn't have rear wipers since it seems to be listed on their website lol Carista
