I pressed the turn off the key system off. Now my car is off. I couldn’t turn on ignition. What I can do now is lock and unlock the door. Can you help me to tell me how to turn it on manually? Thank for your answer.

It could be your battery key is low. Have you tried placing the fob near the POWER button for 1 sec and then starting the car? (or Pushing the POWER button with the top of the fob)

If pushing the Start button with the top of the key fob does not work, you can also try by putting the Toyota logo on the back of the key fob against the Start button. This is from owners manual OM47A17U page 554: 2024-02-26_071424.jpg

Responses so far skirt this, point you towards checking the fob battery. I've never heard of any way to turn key system off; do you have any specifics? Was it shown in the Owner's Manual?

It's an option on the touch screen Vehicle Settings. I think I did the same when I first got my 2015 and was going through all the menus.

Hopefully that'll help OP. I can't see turning off the key system bricking the car lol. Maybe his action just coincided with low fob battery.

My '10 (CDN Touring) doesn't have touch-screen, maybe for the best.
