    Hello

I have a JBL E7022 navigation unit from a 2011 Prius, how do I go about bench testing it ? There are like 9 plugs on the back . I don't know which specific one provides power to turn the unit on.
Thanks to PC forums, I've been able to bench test gen 1 MFDs with great success

    Thanks everyone

Found this pic on eBay of an E7022 that was powered on
Conspicuously doesn't have the L41 connector present but there are wires stripped/twisted together for the L40 connector. Perhaps a clue ?
Frustrating that no one has the info on how to just power it up in plain English

Sat down and finally figured it out, on Plug L40:
    Ground pin 20
    Power to pin 1&11

    Simple as

    Pixel 6 Pro ?

So I was in the same boat. Tested the unit it's shot. I got another that works on the bench but when inside it does the same as the old one just tilts and nothing else. No screen, no nothing. Does the unit have to be programmed when swapping? I know some vehicles you can't swap modules without programming is this the same case here?
