I recently purchased a 2012 Prius with about 15k miles on it. Everything worked great for about a month and just today, I plugged my phone into the usb port via iphone cable and nothing on the radio. Tried to connect via Bluetooth and nothing either, in fact I cant even go into the Bluetooth settings on the settings menu. Lets me click over it but does nothing. Apps button doesn't work. Voice recognition doesn't work. I'm at a loss for words. Bluetooth also quit charging the phone.
I heard you can do a "hard reset" of your radio by disconnecting the 12-volt battery for about an hour. I know this method works on other model cars.
