Hi PC I usually have lots of Gen 2 and 3 MFDs for sale. Gen 3s are usually E7022 that I figured out how to test. Gen 2 MFDs are all flavors/variations that I have learned to test thanks to PC. Figured I'd help out Prius owners and post the items here instead of relying on over priced eBay auctions. Let me know which one you need and I'll see if I have it and give a fair price. Currently I have a few 2009 Nav units 86110-47260, 2 E7022 JBL units, some earlier Nav 86110-47071, and some 6 & 9 speaker MFDs. Ty
I can see if I can my hands on one. Is there an easy way to tell a JBL amp ? Do you have a part number ?
I assume the head unit will have a JBL logo on it also ? I found some 0W831 that are also stamped JBL, is that compatible with the 0WA51 ? Pixel 6 Pro ?
I don't really know what is compatible, just that part number is on the one I want to replace. There might be other cars with similar units with a different part number.
strange I can't upload. But if you google, 2012 Prius Five head unit, you'll see it. It does not have a CD slot on the face plate, it sits behind the face plate
So it has E7039 on the bottom left corner of the faceplate and a JBL green edge emblem on the right. Toyota used another JBL head unit that has the CD slot on the faceplate and a JBL green edge emblem. Looks like they use the same amp. I'll see if I can get my hands on one for cheap. They're like $250+ on eBay Pixel 6 Pro ?
@electricalcheeseburger I guess I'm too new to send you a dm. Any chance you still have a working E7022 unit available for sale? The one in my 2010 never used to be able to read a DVD, but it didn't bother me since everything else worked fine. However, when I finally replaced the 12v battery yesterday, its screen is now stuck on the "No dvd, insert map dvd" error. Based on all that I've tried after reading multiple forums, I believe my unit is indeed kaput. So yes, hopefully you have a fully working e7022 available. I am located in Dallas, TX if that helps. Thanks!
