Rear driver side panel side swiped. Are there sensors behind the panel?

    My rear driver side panel was side swiped. Are there sensors behind the panel? Also, the lane assist function stopped beeping after the accident. I cannot imagine this would cause it, but you never know.

    If you have the Technology Package, yes there are.

    There's a rear radar unit for the Blind Spot Monitor and Rear Cross Traffic Alert function. There's also one (or two, depending on where exactly you got hit) ultrasonic sonar sensors (basically parking sensors) that the "Intelligent Parking Assist" and "Intelligent Clearance Sonar" functions rely on.

    Is it the huge plastic bumper not lining up or the panel forward of it? The bumper pops in place with clips I’m pretty sure.
