Hi everyone so just a little info my car is a 2005 Prius 150k miles. if you plan on keeping the car, a new battery will solve the problem for a long time. replacing cells is likely going to be an ongoing exercise, but if you have time, much cheaper.
Thanks for replying I'm just scared of spending 2k and then something major on the car messes up in a short time which I don't think it will the car drives great but you never know I do plan on keeping Ii use it for door dash uber which I do full time

Your data shows a bad module in block #12. Based on forum posts, you might have a 10% chance that "just" replacing a module will actually work and might get you 6-12 months. Do a bunch of research on the forum, buy some gear and used modules and you can "refurbish" your pack. Do everything right and you can get 2-3 years. Do it wrong and it won't work at all. Buying a "rebuilt" pack is a crapshoot. Might last 2-3 years, might last 2-3 months (or weeks). Understand the warranty because you will likely need it.
