One thing I’ve found a little annoying about our 2017 Prius Prime regards its infotainment system. Specifically, if you’re playing music on your iPhone, and you change anything, it immediately starts playing that music, even if it was previously paused: — You hook up the cable, it immediately starts playing whatever you were previously playing (possibly at very loud volume!). — Choose Bluetooth as source, it immediately starts playing. — Hang up a phone call, it immediately starts playing again. — etc. Again, this even if I’d previously paused playback. Do any of you know of a setting somewhere to prevent that automatic resumption of playback? I poked around a bit in the settings, but can’t immediately find any setting to that effect. Thanks, folks!
(Speaking of phone settings, I somehow didn’t get a notification when you replied. Sorry for not responding to your suggestion!) Thanks for replying. So, no CarPlay on the 2017 Prius Prime. I don’t see any relevant settings on the iPhone’s Music app.
