2016 Prius IV beeping constantly even while driving (video included)

No idea where to go from here. We have a 3 year old gold top battery that we had checked out and was good aside from crank voltage so I have it on a battery tender to repair that right now. Other than that it is sitting around 83k miles (we bought new) and isn't due for service for a few thousand. In the video you'll see a key fob battery low error but I've replaced the C2032 with a Duracell on both keyfobs and its still doing it. Any ideas?

 

Ignore this. It was my aftermarket dashcam for some reason... no wonder I couldn't find any videos with a prius making this noise.
