GreenBean is offering LIFETIME WARRANTY!?!?!?

And who in their right mind pays anybody the salary that YOU get for what you do every day ??

Note: You are paying the COMPANY, not the individual that amount.
Do you understand "overhead" ??

 

I just read this thread and didn't hear many experiences with how the company honors the warranty. Green Bean's BBB rating is 4.35 out of 5, which is quite good, but some folks there are unhappy with warranty service.

Does anyone in this community have experience with warranty claims? Thanks!

 

If they only need a sceenshot from a phone app of the error codes for warranty replacement, that's pretty good. But if they require you to get an auto shop to prove the warranty claim then that's no good.

 

I had to use the warranty and had no problem what so ever, heck the same guy even came to change it. I will use their service and recommend it to everyone.

 

Did you ever play the coin operated video game "Dig-Dug" back in the 80's when you were younger?

 

Yup and I hated it. I preferred the Star Wars games myself. Wish I could have bought some of those old things
