I have 2010 Prius III 185k miles. "Hybrid System Check" light on after replacing all fuel injectors. OBD scanner shows code U0100. I can't reset it. I double checked all connectors and removed the negative wire from the battery for 15 mins to see if the code reset it, but the warning still exists. Please advise.
I can't help you with this, but I can welcome you to Prius Chat. You might have to get it checked out by mechanic unless you get advice from someone else on here. Codes can be read using a cheap plug in device and an app on your smartphone, but it may not be simple DIY. I'm sure someone will help you soon, do please hang on a while longer.
Welcome to Prius Chat . U0100 is a generic lost communication with an ECM or PCM code, so more digging will be required . Some questions: What scanner are you using? Can you get te INF codes? Do you know anyone with Techstream? What prompted the fuel injector change? Any other issues with your Prius? Have you owned since new? Keep us posted.
