The problem with the extra bright ones is they only last a year... Your options are a bit limited. There are some super bright LED ones you could use but we've yet to do research on brightest for best price. If you go that route please share which LED you're considering so we can learn more. The other thing that might help is polishing your headlight lenses so they look clear/new again.
All the standard haogens are about the same brightness and can last a 1/2 dozen years or longer. The extra bright halogens, at least the sylvania ones I've been buying only last a year.
My experience with the Extra bright halogens is they may burn out in six months or less. The cheaper no names or counterfeits (90% of Amazon or EBay) might last three months. Sylvania Basic last the longest in halogen. Sylvania is a good brand and they are honest on their website. LED low beams from a quality brand is a long life solution but beam pattern, led heat requiring fans, rf interference to other devices and external led driver modules can be a problem. I went with the best Lasfit led lowbeams to counter the issues.
