So does the new 12 volt check out to be good batteries come off the rack bad all the time. If in fact the 12 volt is good disconnect it for 5 minutes completely reconnected properly positive first ground last no sparking put the negative terminal on the battery with purpose Don't make a lot of sparks and noises. Now what's happening?

    This is true.
Lead Acid batteries have 'Self-Discharge and if it has been sitting on a shelf, untouched for a long time, it can be damaged from being in the discharged state for so long.
Batteries should have that round 'Date of Manufacture' code. I always check that before buying one. And I always trickle charge a brand new battery to top it up before installation. Aviation batteries call for that.

(btw, nice use of Punctuation and Capital Letters for part of your post. It was somewhat readable!!(y) )

If those lights are on, there will be stored codes. Read them off with a capable scantool (or even just a paper clip) and post them here so members can help.

Did you charge the battery before installing it?
You should put a 4amp or less charger on it for 8-12 hours to give it a FULL charge.
