There is an interesting video starting at around 9:33 within this one:

showing how UK company Actronics tests and repairs an ABS module for a Ford. I went to their site and they don't list any ABS parts for a Prius though. Anyway, the fault they repaired was entirely electronic, and the repair was to replace a bad chip (no idea where they got the replacement chip) using hot air equipment, and then they tested the repaired module on the full ABS assembly. I couldn't find the source video on the Actronics site.

This is another from YouTube showing the repair of what appears to be the dashboard control module for some other vehicle:

These folks seem to have a lot of really high end test and manufacturing equipment, as well as a big collection of the other car parts needed to plug in the module they are repairing, so that it can be tested. Also, nice tee shirts.

Is there anybody like this in the US? I know there are a few people who repair the dashboard control for the Prius, but my impression is that these are small shops, and that they specialize in just that one repair. In theory I guess Dorman must have something like this, although it isn't quit the same thing, where they repair the module you send them, they just rebuild one from who knows where, and that's what you buy.
