Stripped rusted bolt on module, solutions?

    Wondering if I can pluck it out and put this bolt from another cell into it, which came off on its own. Or if maybe I can clean up the rust and solder onto the bus bar?

    You can probably get that clean enough with a wire brush, but I would not attempt to replace the stud.

    It's not just the rust, the threads are stripped. It's just a nub atm. I'm gonna try spot welding it with my spot welder I use for building ebike batteries which I get a new one within the next 2 days.

    Spot welding will possibly damage the cells and could result in an explosion... Just put smaller diameter threads on it and a smaller bolt and be careful to make sure it doesn't snap when tightening and order a replacement module from professor Joe: https://2ndlifebattery.com/contact-us/ because it's gonna run hot and is just a short term fix.
