PPF costs are not worth it on a commuter car.. this is an appliance at the end of the day not supposed to be a goal car. Save that for your future Porsche
Thanks for your opinion Bruce! I personally believe that it's up to each individual owner as to what anything is actually worth to them. I was actually referring to the 12.3 AUDIO/MEDIA screen!!! Lol BTW, I'm not a Porsche fan. Never have been, never will be...

I got this same one from Amazon. Came with simple and straightforward instructions, although it did take some patience and precision to get the screen protector perfectly aligned and to remove all the air bubbles. As one of the Amazon reviewers mentioned, the top left corner of the screen protector is pointy whereas the actual screen is curvy. As a solution, I used a pair of regular scissors and clipped off that pointy corner. The package comes with 2 sets (one as a backup I suppose in case you mess up on the first try). Took me about 15 minutes to install. Very happy with it - the screen protector is invisible and has no glare.
Bought the same one but ended up throwing it away; like said previously, it was a fingerprint magnet....it had been advertised as less fingerprints....
So is the verdict that the screen protector makes the fingerprints even worse than bare? I suppose it does still protect it from scratches...
5 months into my SP and I definitely wouldn't say that it makes fingerprints worse than the bare screen...
For some reason, from the moment I put the 'glass' protector on and I was testing it out, I noticed what seemed to be more fingerprints than before. Besides the protection, the fingerprints lessening was the main reason for the purchase. Since it wasn't doing that, it was put in the recycle bin. I can't recall how much I paid, but it wasn't so much that I thought it would have to be returned and be bothered with doing all that.
