No. The Prius v only had Lane Departure Alert. Lane Keep Assist was only on the regular Gen 3 Prius (not plug-in). Lane Departure Alert w/ Steering Assist came in for 2016 with Toyota Safety Sense.
What the OP was asking about is what Toyota calls "Lane Tracing Assist" on currently produced vehicles. It provides limited handsfree automated driving on well marked roads.
