ASRDogman, Wouldn't all of those give me a code? I've had codes before for MAF and MAP sensors as well as cylinder misfires if the fuel injectors or spark plugs aren't working? Is there a scenario in which those would malfunction, but I wouldn't be getting any DTCs?

I will have to explore techstream a bit more because if it can try to turn over the engine, I was not aware of that.

You SHOULD be getting codes, but you are not, for some reason.
You should at the least get a code saying that the engine is not starting.
    But you're not getting that.
Maybe your copy of techstream is not working?
I am not sure if autozone or one of those places rent the code readers, you could phone them
    and ask them.
But fuel and spark are easy to test for. Or at least do not cost anything.

You should use starter fluid, not carb cleaner.

You can use wd-40, it's flamable.
You only use enough to see if the engine starts.... It won't hurt anything.
Now is you continue to use it, a lot, that's a different story...
