Front Passenger Carpet Wet. Ideas?

My front passenger carpet is wet. Any ideas what may be causing this?

2012 Prius v 5, non-ATP

 

I think I solved my problem. Somehow the drain tube was disconnected so all the condensation was collecting on the floor. I checked the tube while I had everything exposed and it was not clogged. Couldn’t believe how much water had collected on the floor under the carpet/insulation. Took like a week to completely dry out!
