Help identifying a wire plug

    there is a wire plug hanging from under the car, it’s next to a wiper fluid tank - would appreciate your ideas.

    Looks weathered and chewed up. If the turn signal and other running lights in that corner are all operating normally, I don't think it's important.

    You’re in a much better position to ID, than responders looking at a plug close-up.

    no warning lights on dash?

    It would be a lot easier to identify with the wire colors visible, rather than hidden behind your fingers.

    I don't see an answer to the obvious question as to whether the washer pumps (as well as lights) function.
