Well I pulled the battery out all the bus bars are completely corroded nuts or frosted Don't see anything leaking All connections to the computers and everything else look brand new this is typically looking like 180,000 mi battery the hybrid doctor will be up this way next week and I should have another battery everything should be golden so far everything is looking good everything is working on the car except for the HV system and now I see why.
I spray the buss bars once cleaned and installed with battery protector spray.its messy next time you have to disassemble but keeps the fuzzy away SM-G960U ?
When I got my new battery a few months a year or so ago now before I closed everything up I sprayed it with that CRC red oily battery positive terminal spray to light coats and then 3 years I'll check it and see what everything looks like.
