Rear wheel alignment, need help with the shims

Hi All,
I'm in need of some assistance with figuring out what to do with the rear wheel alignment shims I got to correct the following conditions present on my latest alignment:


I got what I believe to be are the correct part numbers, 2x Moog K6660-1



But I really don't know what to do with them, regarding getting the desired angle/orientation to offset the toe/camber issues. I gather that they get installed between the axle housing and the wheel bearing assembly, but it's what to do before that I'm having trouble with...

The trouble is first starting with the included instructions from Moog regarding which template to use. As you see on the main instruction sheet, it says to use template S for the 10-12 Prius


But when you look at the pictures of the templates themselves template S says it's for the Vibe, Matrix, and Corolla but Template Q says it's for 10-12 Prius, and I don't know which to believe, but I'm leaning towards the Template sheet, so let's go with that one for figuring out how to trim it, etc.






it looks like according to Firestone's specs, we're trying to get to -1.5* camber and +0.13* of toe? though my gut says they should be as close to 0 as they can, but idk...

Would it be possible for someone to look at my specs and the instructions for these kits and show me what needs to be trimmed on the shims for each side so that I can get this right the first try? Thanks!

PS I also scanned and attached a pdf of all the included docs in case my pics aren't clear enough.
