I want to haul my 2015 on my dolly behind RV. I am skeptical about doing this for various reasons. One problem is steering wheel lock. I understand only way to leave steering wheel unlocked is to leave the car running. I initially intended to leave in accessory mode as this allows me to leave Prius in neutral but steering wheel does not unlock in accessory mode. Any other foreseen or experienced problems?
How are you going to tow: with all wheels up or just the front wheels? If you leave accessory mode in you'll pitch the 12 volt battery. If you leave the car in neutral, you'll pitch the hv battery. I'd tow with all the wheels up and then it is just like the Prius is parked.

Oh also get locks and chains for your dolly for when you leave it parked and drive the car away. Dolly theft is high and they will cut the simple hitch locks. You need the hard to cut ones to avoid dolly theft and if you wrap some big chains over the cut able lock areas so they cannot cut them it discourages thieves even more. Takes to long to cut them all.
