Lock-down on the 4th? Prohibit travel or celebrations? Um....OK. Put it on a bumber sticker. I would offer one bit of free advice. We live in a nation where neighbors do not know theirs. We also live in a nation with more than a few recent combat vets - meaning REAL combat vets who saw REAL combat - not people like yours truly, who are combat vets by DOT standards. GET TO KNOW your neighbors before detonating your fireworks. Dogs too are sometimes not pleased by wanton abandonment where suden, loud bangs are concerned. If you live where wild-fires are a thing, that should also be a factor. FREEDOM is a right! With rights.....comes RESPONSIBILITY. Happy 4th of July!
we may take the grandkids to the beach if it isn't raining. gas, food, maybe 30 or 40 bucks max i often wonder how much disney spends on fireworks each night. they are a sight though
My mom's fam was from SoCal and a couple of relatives lived walking distance from what they called Dizzyland. Visits to them was a free fireworks show every night. Kris
