What you would really love is getting an answer BACK from him. Based on past history, that is unlikely to happen.......at least in any kind of timely fashion.
I think the issue with my purchase is that Danny might have created the shipping label at home and the USPS system shows ‘pre-shipment’ as it is waiting for the item to be given to the post office. This also triggers the store to update the order status to shipped which is inaccurate.

alright update. The item finally came today. No updates, no communication, but at least it came. No box or instructions. Is this normal? Thank goodness the item is new.
I purchased a rear bumper protector and still haven't receive an email or the order. I've sent several emails and waited pateintly for months. Ive purchased from them before but never had this much of a problem. Hopefully they get their act together. As for me..... No more Prius Shop. Do as you will.
Granted, no shipment but hopefully, you weren't charged either. It's one thing to just let an order sit and ignore it. It's quite another to charge the credit card immediately and then let the order sit (i.e. the black_jmyntrn school of business).
I was immediately charged. I can dispute with my credit card company but find it bad practice for a site so often used.
I'm pretty sure the charge back deadline is 60 days after the bill arrives. That sucks that you got ripped off.
