Scoured the threads but I couldn't find an answer.

Are the ct200h and Prius seat backs the same height? It's hard to tell from the photos.

I'm 6'2 and fit fine in the Prius seat. Just curious how the ct200h seats compare.

I installed two electric 2013 CT200h seats in my 2010 Gen 3 prius. The ct200h seats are lower, maybe 1 inch or 1.5 lower.
To install ct200h seats in a prius you have to maker any nav system or JBL amplifier under the seats 1 inch lower AND zip tie some stuff upward (of the CT200h seat) to get clearance.

If you do not lower the amp or nav the lower CT200h seat hangs up on amp or the nav system bolted to the floor under the seat.

If there are no amp or nav system on the floor of the Prius maybe no mod needed. The Ct200h seat is 1 lower in Prius even when CT200h electric seat is at lowest setting.

Yeah, thanks for the info! I get the seat fitment and install part. Read through your posts

Did you ever test or get the heated part working? My car came with seat heaters so I anticipate they will work with a power seat conversion.

If you keep the ct200h raised up is the amp clearance still an issue?

I want to know if the PHYSICAL seat back on the ct200h seat is SHORTER than the Prius seat back? I have a tall torso and any shorter than the Prius seat back would be uncomfortable

There's a CT 200h that parks very close to my persona regularly and the seat l shape the butt and the back look to be the same width and heights and depth It looks like the frame and the sliders on the very bottom of the seat are designed a little differently to handle the electronics motor sliding that business I haven't really looked for any of these kind of seats to buy because down here they'll be crazy expensive even through salvage they wouldn't even make it to a salvage yard they'll come out before salvage and be sold on eBay to a customer standing there waiting for them whatever there's a demand for some of this kind of stuff funny thing is is the CT 2008 seats are not the soft tex material . I think there's still the pleather leather the stuff that peels up and gets kind of not cool like what's in my 2010 solar roof JBL Prius nothing like the stuff in the persona The persona soft tech material or whatever it's called in the manual is very different normally by now My leather leather whatever seats in any other car by now would be starting to split and get disgusting The soft tech so far nothing I'm not amazed but I'm quite impressed I'll be looking at material like this to redo some seats that I need to get done.

    @Tombukt2
How does the softness of the Lexus seat compare to the softex Prius seat?

I think if it's after 2013 you'd be okay if it's before that it may have the seats like that are in my 2010 loaded Prius which are not power but they are leather skin on I don't know what the backing is but it doesn't wear very well like Volvos and you know other European cars kind of gets not so good

In the Prius from the floor the carpet to the top of the seat back not including the headrest is right at 32 in I'll have to measure it in the CT200 to see what comes up with on that

In my 2013 the persona with the soft text the seat back is actually an inch taller so the tops of the backs of the seats from the floors right at 33 in where it's 32 in the 2010 that's a JBL solar roof loaded red car but it has the leather that's on the nylon back or however they used to do that leather It peels off of the backing and gets kind of uncomfortable

Yeah, those are the same seats I have now, the 2010 leather ones. I fit pretty decent on them for being 6'2, but I'm looking to get the powered seat for better adjustability to be more comfortable on my neck.
If the Lexus seatback is any shorter, I don't think I'll be comfortable in them.

How soft are the Lexus seats vs the softex seats? The leather Prius seats aren't super soft, but still alright.

Can you measure the ct200h seat from the top of the seat bottom to the top of the seat back?

The softex seats ARE softer and more comfortable. I had odd back pain and saw several post(s) here that OEM Prius seat can cause back issues. Once I changed to CT 300 seat = no back pain.

Back to your last question, I know for sure that CT 200 seats have LESS clearance to floor than Prius, even at highest setting. and even at high setting there seems to be more headroom than OEM Prius to me.

As far has how long the seatback is from top of bottom cushion to top of seat back ( without head rest) the 2010 PRIUS manual seat is 24 inches and CT200 electric seat is 24 inches.

A better head rest for CT200 seats is from Highlander/ Rx300 headrest flipped around to avoid forward head tilt/ computer neck.
