Color: Silver Option Package: AI #5 Your # on Dealer's Waiting List: I was never sure - kept changing. After a nine month wait, I pick up my first choice, Silver #5 tomorrow. It was a very aggravating time with the dealer, but even all that won't take away the smile on my face now. The salesman (my second salesman) called me this afternoon at 12:30 and told me it was being taken off the truck. So I went in to see it. It's all covered in plastic. Finally got it We just picked up ours, salsa #9. It is unbelievable. We haven't found anything we don't like. It is awesome. We ordered it January 15, 2004.
We ordered about Jan 15 and picked it up August 20th. My pregnancies were shorter - 31 and 34 weeks!! But I am so happy with it, I have never been as excited or pleased driving a car home from the dealer - I had to leave for the whole weekend and couldn't wait to drive it on Tuesday when I got home!! I need a name for "it" now...
I think Mary Lou should get an award... for her ability not to have gone ballistic, with the dealer...salesman..sales manager...Toyota in general.. my hat is off to you.. I was lucky in finding an honest Salesman and dealership.. and only waiting 57 days... Congratulations to all of you new Prius owners..
