I have a new Gen 5 Prime and wanted an envelope-style cargo net (not the spider net that is flat against the catgo area floor). I discovered that my old Gen 3 cargo net (Part# PT347-47040) works perfectly - it attaches to the two lower metal loops for the spider net, and then I connected the top clips to the outer rear headrest posts (I used black zip ties as the posts are a little thick for the clips). Looks and works great!

    Really cool idea @nagrath.

I think PT347-47040 is the gen 2 cargo net, which has clips on all 4 corners. The gen 3 cargo net is PT347-47101, has loops on the top, as hooks are integrated at the top corners of the gen3 trunk.

This means that I didn’t have to use zip ties, and simply had to lift the headrest and just slip the loops into the post. Here’s what it looks like:

Edit: It makes a great place to store the cargo cover when not in use!

Yes, it's the Gen 2 net, which I had moved to my Gen 3 and then tested on my Gen 5 as I had given my Gen 3 to my son. I still think I like the Gen 2 fit better -- it is more taut than the Gen 3, but that works pretty well too! Great idea about the ^%$# cargo cover!
