    OK so here goes.
Last Tuesday I got the red triangle and CEL on while driving on highway.
My basic scanner showed no coeds.
Disconnected the 12v battery and to see if I get home.
No luck drove 1000 yards and lost throttle.
Towed home and now have code 3190.
Had a snap on scanner on it but didn't tell us much.
I tried cleaning throttle body, no change.
Replaced the throttle body with a used one but no change and replaced the cam sensor & PCV while I was at it.
It smells very rich when I try starting it up.
    Anyone have any suggestions?
I much appreciate any help as I'm in desperate need of getting back on the road ASAP.

P3190 means the engine produced only a small fraction of the power expected. So it is a basic code for an engine problem. It doesn't tell more than that, so the usual causes (fuel, compression, spark) just have to be worked through in some order until the cause is found.

One thing to keep in mind is that if the engine is failing to start at all (which people often mistake for "starting, then dying after several seconds), then after too many attempts, the traction battery may be too low on charge to keep trying.
