2012 with about 130K miles. As the title says, all three codes were showing but I’m not hearing anything funny coming from the engine, sounds as it normally does.

I’ve found plenty of threads on this, but they usually note an audible rattle/knock and I’ve got nothing out of the ordinary from the engine here. Should I start with the plugs or check something else to see where the problem might be?

Considering a p0301 and a p0302 almost always result in head gasket failure you should immediately quit driving it, pull the plugs for inspection and replacement, and start testing for a blown head gasket. Maybe if you cross your toes you will avoid head gasket failure.
The knock is the house and the house always wins.
