Update: dealer almost pulled the trigger for 39k out the door for an XLE in CA but there was someone willing to pay 50k with the markup in the lobby. Awkward

It is not. I have been doing the same search everyday on the inventory site for my desired config and have received a smaller number of results nearly every day, with no new listings for more than a month

WCP with light interior, ideally LE trim but I’ll accept up to xle.

Ok. Yeah, I see your issue. Those gray seats are killing you. I'm seeing 20 FWD WCP LE and XLE near* you, but only 3 of those have a gray interior. And all 3 are sale pending. Personally, I'd strongly consider the LE at Colonial Toyota in Indiana, Pennsylvania for MSRP if it's still available. Black seats, but it's minimally optioned out(just all-weather floor mats and door edge guards). $29,454 advertised price.

This is exactly what I got in Kansas, but I wanted the dark interior. Perhaps I got exactly what I "should" be wanting lol. These are crazy times. I started out wishing for Guardian Gray with black interior, but it seems that white is one of the top choices for showcasing the new design's beauty.

Yes. Very true. I had a co-worker with a model S whose girlfriend got into an accident..it took 11 months to repair his car....he did get a loaner...but he said it was not fun waiting and making payments on a car that wasn't in his possession. Apparently repair work takes awhile...hopefully they will improve with more units and time.

Model 3 + solar panel installation > $14k over MSRP Prius

    Dealers gonna deal, I guess.

Just wait for them to go out of fashion - American consumers are fickle.

Falmouth, Cape Cod Mass. Guardian Grey Prime XLE at MSRP with add ons of all weather mats/cargo liner and alloy locks. $37074, ($39568 with papers, inspection, plates, sales tax). $1500 rebate from Massachusetts. The liners are nice and at 299 pretty much the same price as third party from Weathertech.

FWIW I'm getting 50 miles from a charge and around 60MPG when the charge is depleted. This is near perfect driving conditions: slow local roads, no AC/heat, and I watch the eco gauge. The reserve for HV seems to be is 30% which seems awfully high, but that's what the app says and the dash looks about the same. Charging, the app claims 7.2kwh from empty (30%) to full, which fits with the 30%, but results in a miles/kwh that's logically implausible--I'll try to get it on a public charger for a more accurate reading.

After a lot of digging and negotiating, I found and bought a supersonic red XLE close to 36K with the added accessories and markup. Didn’t really want to pay markup but if there was one color to pay markup for, it’s the supersonic red colorway.

That's probably a very accurate statement. Premium pricing demands premium coloring, and red is very, very premium IMO.

The following video (should be queued up) plays like Prius Porn to me. :ROFLMAO:

Congrats! So it is a Prime XSE. That was pretty efficient driving. (y) My app charged up to 7.004 kWh from 30% or 32% to 100%

Btw, what is your total 100% EV miles when charged overnight?

I've been on the waitlist in Connecticut since January, dealer called yesterday and they finally have an allocation for me for an LE which is due to arrive in a month or so. Initially quoted me a $3000 markup over MSRP when I started the waiting list, but now finally with the actual VIN# allocated they agreed to cut the markup to $1500 to sell it to me. Decent compromise IMO, the dealers in the area that are going MSRP-only have longer waiting lists, so I'll pay an extra 1.5k to get it next month instead of December.

~$32,300 plus about another $2k for taxes and stuff for an LE (AWD) in Wind Chill Pearl

I was on the waitlist at Longo for almost a year, my salesperson called and said there was a cancellation on a SE, and that I had to get there within an hour, because lots of other buyers were interested. I was able to get it for MSRP with 1.9% financing on a lease....which I will end up buying at the end of the lease...

MSRP with no dealer addons or mark up....

Good job! I called Longo a few months ago and there were over 300 names on the list. I knew they would sell at MSRP but I didn’t have a chance to get one for many years. Congrats!
