Hello i have a oil leak from this two bolts. Do you know torque specs please, they are tight, anybody have same issue thanks
That's the valve cover. Oil would not be leaking from those two bolts. Probably what happened is whoever did an oil change spilled some oil and gave it the appearance of oil leaking from there.
Remove those two bolts and check the faying* surfaces, clean and reinstall? * fancy word for contact zone between two objects Torque spec is 7 ft/lb, see attached.
You could replace the valve cover gasket and re-torque. (A new gasket is about $20 at Toyota). Or just keep an eye on it...looks more like a seeping then a leaking to me. (My Tundra has a seep in the rear cam tower but costs over $2,000 in labor to fix to just keeping an eye on it...it's not even leaking enough to drip, yet.)
