2011 Prius Map DVD failing

    JBL E7022 head unit
    Map DVD is having hard time. Not reading not ejecting. I found out after I disconnected the battery for a few hours.
    It did load the map disk and radio is working. For now.
    Does anyone know what options I might have.
    Maybe a fancy android unit??? Or does the car need this unit specifically?
