35C is 95F, so not too uncommon here in the US.
Of course who knows what the temp was in the cabin of the car or the battery pack.
(can't interpret you attachment. but it appears block 13# is a problem. That may be what's going on...)

Yes, it's good to clean the battery cooling fan and ducts. But as always, it's just one of the many maintenance items toyota skips in the manual. There is a screen cover for the fan inlet if you carry your furry friends in the back much.

You might consider a sun shade for the windshield and 'vent-visors' for the windows that allow the windows to be open a bit.
This would allow the cabin to be closer to the ambient outside temps.

I'm tempted to paint the roof of my dark gray Prius with that white 'Plasit Dip' stuff, at least for the summer to see how it goes. It can be blasted off at the car wash if you don't like it.
A black car is a solar heated oven in the summer.:(

edit: And Ceramic Window tint is amazing technology! It keeps the heat from coming through the windows so much better than just dark tint.

I would check the inverter cooling system underhood- is the coolant level full, does the electric pump circulate coolant, etc.

I think this message might be triggered by high temperature in the hybrid electronics (inverter - converter assembly).

inverter cooling fluid is ok, I think it happens only when it's too hot outside, yesterday was 37 cels. today it's 25 cels. and everything is fine, pay attention on midle block temperature, it was too high yestarday.
