Are these lights supposed to work?

    Or are they purely decorative?
    How do I go about replacing the bulbs or checking the wiring. They've never come on since I've owned my car.

    In my 2010, they are just molded greebles in the plastic.

    I honestly don't know, it's very hard to see. I'm thinking I'd probably have to remove the entire headlight assembly, but I don't know how.
