I just did a 2500 mile, 4 state sightseeing trip. I’m 5’ 10” and I didn’t have any problems sleeping in it or the headroom. There was plenty of room for a single size tri-fold foam mattress. I was alone, except for my chihuahua, but two people can probably fit if they really like each other.
