I am new to this site and think all the posts are great. I will be purchasing a Prius in the next couple of months and was wondering if anyone has any info on prices paid and reputable dealers in Western NY (Rochester/Buffalo/Syracuse area)? In reading the posts prices paid (over invoice & under MSRP) and inventory seem to vary between different parts of the country. Any advice based upon my location? Thanks to all the members & the information & insight!
I recommend Dorschel in Henrietta. I traded a Subaru Forester and got $6000 over Kelly Blue Book. Bought my 2006 package 7 Prius off the lot for sticker. Great saleman by the name of Dave Macaluse. LeBrun Toyota in Canadaigua was not such a good experience. Wanted to low ball me on my trade because "no one wants a gas guzzling SUV" and it was a 2-3 month wait.
