p0AA4 code negative battery contactor circuit stuck closed

    what the eff does that mean lol.

    i thought it could be the orange master plug disconnect thing... cant really go in backwards. ill try it again, but what else could it be?

    no other codes, dash lights up car doesnt do anything but park or neutral, doesnt start, obviously.

    It refers to a relay inside the battery case. Here's the document on it.

    Just fixed this code on my wife's Prius. It was a very simple fix, there was a lose nut on system relay 3 in the hybrid battery. Tightened it, put everything back together and everything is good.
