I see the coefficient of drag on the new Prius Prime is higher on the XSE (0.29) than the XSE Premium and SE (0.27). What would cause this?
The wheels on the XSE and XSE Premium and re the same, yet the drag coefficient is different. What could cause this?
Maybe the wheel covers on the 17 inch wheels. The 19inch wheels look like they have no covers. I guess it is why prius before had wheel covers and the Honda Clarity had that rear wheel cover thing going on.
wheel covers are supposed to add 1mpg......... who knows...anytime I worry about MPG and Drag coefficent I drive my old Range Rover.....LOL which spent VERY little time in the wind tunnel.... and then fill up the tank with 91 Octane for $75
