    Good evening!

I own a 2012 Prius C and am wanting to turn the front turn signals into LED running lights/turn signals. Has anyone done this? If so how did you go about it. Thank you.

Do you NOT have a DRL setting for the headlights ?
If so, use that feature instead of messing with your turn signals.

I do however I meant when I have the headlights on I would like to have the bottom turn signals illuminated as well for added visibility.

    Well that idea might backfire.
First, related to the headlights, the "turn signals" aren't all that bright and would be even LESS bright if modified for running lights.
If they are on all the time and only change intensity when flashing, oncoming traffic might not notice the blink.
I think this is a BAD idea.

Probably easiest to drill holes for secondary bulbs into the backs of the housings, and then feed them from the existing parking/marker lights.
