I got my letter this past week. If there are chips in your white paint, both Blizzard and the other white, Toyota states that you can schedule an appointment regarding repair. My car does have chips in a manner that looks like the engine over heated and it impacted the paint.
My white 2015 Prius v has clear coat peeling on the hood, and at back top corner on the passenger side. I'm not the original owner, and I haven't heard of a paint recall in Canada.
