High mileage PiP’s?

    Hi everyone,

    I’m interested to hear what kind of high miles have people got on their PiP’s. The model has been out for more than a decade now, but I’m not hearing much about high-mile examples out there.

    I got my 12' PIP with a little under 200k miles maybe a year and a half ago. Head gasket went at about 212k miles. I had a 4g swapped in maybe a year ago with around 100k miles on it. I'm at around 285k now.

    i've seen a number of them over 200k, and very few batteries reported bad

    Great to hear that some have exceeded 200,000 miles and that the battery has held-up.

    249k here still on the original PIP battery. Original engine, burns no oil. My mechanic and I don't see why it wouldn't hit 400k.

    there are plenty if you search the pip threads. most do not participate here regularly
