Bought a 2012 Prius V from salvage auction to restore for my work. The car had front end damage and was listed as "Run & Drive" condition. I replaced every damaged part except the windshield. No deployed airbags. See pictures from my cloud: https://u.pcloud.link/publink/show?code=kZTgu9VZ2tpU92SscK0PMajpaESFYFxymEG7 NC Salvage title in hand. Cash sale only. (no loans) (bank check okay) Located in Charlotte, NC area.
I would list the codes and the high voltage battery voltage. Use a low cost bluetooth reader and the Dr Prius app.
Guess it didn't "work" out then ?!? Though not often enforced, etiquette/rules mention including a selling price, which offers interested PC members something to work with.
Does the odometer Trip A or B show mpg instead of the - - - showing with the 139K and can you take another pic with some SOC ? The body work looks nicely done.
EVERYTHING is gone! Was just a loose air hose. Everything is up and running and HV battery charges 100% full.
Trip A and B show mileage as supposed to. I can take more pics for you with odometer. What is SOC? (I'm sorry for my stupidity) :?
100% SOC = If you remember about how long it took to go from where it was showing in this pic up to 100% full and if during that time it stayed at any level longer than others, we can get a really rough estimate on the condition. Of course DrPrius app will nail the traction pack condition much closer, if you want to run the those tests.
you can source many parts from car-parts.com and I try to find parts with matching body colors so it saves you from painting the parts.
I looked into that too. About 5-6k in parts and services (glass, airbags). It's cheaper to buy rear ended donor car in the same color. But i just have no time, family and work. So it's going to copart.
