Is this plug for fog lights?

    Thanks again ChapmanF. I just needed to remove the grey latch and it was right underneath... trying to save some time, I used my existing after market fog wiring I had installed before instead of running a new wire through the firewall.

    By the way, the Lexus stalk I bought didn't fit. The diameter of the hole that hugs the steering column is 1.75" on the prius and the lexus part I got was 2". Just fyi on your wiki list... some of the Lexus parts may not work.

    Just to update, finally got to test the fogs but the retrofit didn't work. I put the pins in ca 1 and connected to 2c 8. All the other lights function. There is a 7.5 amp fuse in the fog spot. At any rate, I won't have time to even take a second look for awhile. I am just going to use the dash button now.

    That sounds frustrating. Is there an audible click from the instrument panel junction block when you have the low beams on and turn the fogs on and off?

    @ChapmanF

    I've been looking over multiple EWG's and ordered a 84140-33202 stalk with the fog switch. It hasn't come in yet, but trying to sketch out a specific wiring harness.
    Do you happen to know - if you pin from 2C 8 to CA1, route the wire thru the firewall etc., does power to CA1 *cut* when you high beam ( I assume so, since fogs cut with high beam)? EWG's show the relay, but I'm not sure if that relay is internal, or externally accessible. If it's accessible & cuts out, I was going to wire switched +12v to it. If it's not accessible, I'm going to have to re-wire the pins in the stalk connector to a separate wiring harness.

    Going to be doing a quad LED/HID retrofit, and relocating the bixenon "fogs" to the highbeam spot.
    Appreciate the help!

    Update for anyone looking for info in the future:

    I plugged in the car's factory connector to the new stalk, and can hear the factory relay clicking when I rotate the fog stalk switch. Fog relay cuts upon high beam activation. Did not pin 2C8 or CA1 yet. Car didn't come with factory fogs, no visible fog indicator (2013 Prius Four). Not sure if an ECU wire has to be grounded for it to display, or if my cluster just doesn't have it.
    I looked up some pictures of the junction block that the connectors plug in to, and theres no feasible way to run a switched +12v to the internal fog relay without knowing what you're looking at & soldering.

    New plan: depin / cut the two fog connector wires at the stalk plug, run +12v switched to one wire, other wire will feed to the engine bay to trigger a relay harness.

    Hope this info helps someone out!

    Yeah, mine's that way too. So I don't see any indicator on the dash. But the power comes out on 2C pin 8 and lights up the fog lights, which is the part I care about. No external relay needed.
