I think I am going to just r place/update the stereo. Doing a little doordash delivery and use the phone for most of the gps needs but it does come in handy having the in car gps to check directions and to preset some return destinations. Found an aftermarket for $350 that appears to be a perfect fit into the opening using factory trim (no clunky after market trim kit needed) and turns the entire stereo area into info screen (all touch screen so no buttons of knobs on the sides) If/when I get it will post a follow up review for any that want to upgrade
I've also been looking for console - that comes with Android and Apple Play - but too timid to try. Let us know how it goes! My ProClip is not permanent.
