Everything about my Bluetooth connection -- via a Blackberry cell phone -- works great, except that people who I call don't seem able to hear me, even when I speak loudly. The dealership says everything is working fine. I can find the controls that increase incoming volume, but don't find anything for outgoing volume. Can anyone advise?
I'm having the same problem with my Verizon Blackberry. I previously had a T-Mobile Blackberry 7100 and never received comments about the low volume. I have a feeling it has something to do with the Blackberry 7130e. Is this the phone you have?
I have Verizon with an e815 and although people know I'm calling from my car, they hear me plainly. If you have voicemail or an answering machine on another phone number, I suggest you placing a call there and listen to how you sound.
