A few months ago, I was trying to delete a stock from the stock price feature in the Entune app suite and it took a lot of trial and error. I could find no helpful documentation. Well, I just stumbled upon the Toyota support web page which is buried among a bunch of other stuff: Entune Premium JBL Audio With 11.6-In. HD Multimedia Display - Data Services System Apps It has detailed "how-to" information related to: HD Radioâ„¢ Traffic Weather Fuel Guide Stocks Sports Data Services FAQs There are a number of related pages with info about the various subscriptions services (Pandora, etc.) and other helpful how-tos. Maybe I am just a bear of very little brain, but in my various visits to the Toyota web pages and searching the PDFs of the manuals, I was totally unaware that this useful information existed in this form and in one place. It only took me a year to find this.
Note that Toyota has updated the link to now display their Toyota Connected Services as well as support for Apple CarPlay, AndroidAuto, Amazon Alexa, SiriusXM and the JBL Audio System. To find more information about Entune, select your vehicle (2017-2019 Prius Prime) then click "Entune App", Click the "Support Video" dropdown menu on the top right, then select your topic.
I just tried the web page. Interestingly, choosing 2020 Prius Prime will show those 4 support topics, but nothing on Entune 3.0.
That's why I said 2017-2019 2020 has a different setup I believe. (didn't they lose Entune for that one year?)
To tell the truth, I am not sure if my 2020 PP LE now has Entune or not. It is still called Entune App Suite, but Entune 3.0 I installed on my phone is no longer functional. It now calls for Toyota App. In either case, after a few trial use, I quickly decided it was not worth my time learning how to use it. So, I have not used any of the apps in the car or on the phone.
Yeah looks like they call it the Toyota App now. I wouldn't know since only the latest cars in Canada have Entune (and it's Entune 3.0) but the Prime isn't one of them.
I looked at the Toyota App Support topic, but it says nothing about the Entune App Suite or how to use any of the apps pre-installed on the car. It was just about connected service, which in the case of PRIME, only Safety Connect is available.
Looks utterly worthless to me... I brought up the Stocks item, and they only had the Toyota stock, with no way to make any changes.
