Hi group! i installed a new head unit today and the factory harness had a few cables that didn’t have anywhere to plug into on the new head unit anyone here have any idea what they’re used for? I snapped a photo also- if there’s anyone in Vegas with a pink noise mic tuner and is down to help show me how to tune a new system. I’d super appreciate it!
Same issue, absolutely no issues. Everything works. I never bothered to find a schematic. Possibilities include BT microphone wiring, wiring for external XM tuner (some cars XM is external some built in to HU) even possible car was wired for external device such CD changer.
Is your Prius a 2011-2015 model? If so, what head unit did you buy? Looks like the unit you purchased can with the proper harness because you stated everything seems to be working.
